Claire Molinot

For 20 years, Claire Molinot has been accompanying artists and companies from all horizons in structuring and developing their careers. As executive director of Parbleux, she places the benefit of her experience at the service of diverse artistic endeavours, offering strategies tailored to each individual’s needs. She helps creators strengthen their fundamental skills, define their goals, and implement concrete tools to foster their development and achieve their ambitions. Her approach, rooted in attentive listening, flexibility, and long-term vision, exemplifies strategic guidance and sustained support. Very active in the artistic community, she has served on several juries, including the standing committee for evaluating dance of the Conseil des arts de Montréal (2018–2023). More recently, Claire was appointed co-chair of La danse sur les routes du Québec. In 2024, she received the CINARS Recognition Award, highlighting her career, her leadership in Parbleux’s successful transition into a production house, and her unwavering commitment to the dance milieu.

It highlights her significant contribution to the promotion and resonance of dance, her profound influence on the milieu, and her inspiring leadership, which combines innovation and strategy with a keen sense of the importance of collective unity and a common purpose. This sense of common good, collaboration, and sharing constitutes the DNA of the production house Parbleux, where Claire Molinot works with remarkable effectiveness. The jury wanted to shine a light on a career that continues to transform and enrich the artistic community.
