The 16th PRIX DE LA DANSE DE MONTRÉAL ceremony will take place on Tuesday, December 1, 2026, at 5 p.m., at Cabaret Lion d'Or.
Ceremony, n. : A set of more or less solemn acts observed to mark a rite or an event in social life.
The Prix de la danse de Montréal invite you to make room for joy, and to celebrate the artists, the people and the works that shape our community.
The ceremony is turning into a happy hour. A 5 to 7 format. An hour of joy to honour those who make dance a way of life, a way of thinking, a way of acting
We will be waiting for you, to celebrate not the cult of dance, but its culture. A moment to recognize ourselves in paths that break new ground, that inspire, and that insist on sculpting the world through movement.
Just for that courage.
Just for that daring.
Just for that impertinence.
As a small act of resistance, let's raise our glasses to the health of dance.
