LE PRIX POUR LA DIVERSITÉ DES PRATIQUES EN DANSE - Award for Diversity of Dance Practices

Created in 2015, the Prix ENVOL recognizes and supports artistic practices that contribute to the richness, dynamism, and renewal of Montréal's dance ecosystem. Since 2026, this $10,000 prize has highlighted the diversity of dance practices, including emerging or established approaches, hybrid forms, repertoires, living traditions, and evolving artistic practices. It celebrates journeys and accomplishments that enrich Montréal's choreographic landscape and contribute to its ongoing evolution.

JURY
Following a call for applications, submissions are evaluated by a selection committee composed of professionals recognized for their expertise in the dance sector and their understanding of the diversity of practices, aesthetics, and modes of transmission that shape it.
The administration of the award and its selection process are independent of the PRIX DE LA DANSE DE MONTRÉAL and are the sole responsibility of the Conseil des arts de Montréal.
